"Helpful, but the wait was frustrating"
I had to reach out to BodyCandy about an issue with my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took longer than I was hoping. I was feeling a little stressed waiting for an answer, so the delay made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be. Once they replied, the response was helpful, so I wouldn’t say the customer service was bad. I just wish they were quicker because that would’ve made the experience feel a lot better overall. Average for me...

"Easy return process, which is always a relief"
I had to send one item back because it didn’t fit quite right, the whole return process was simple. The instructions were clear, and I got my refund without having to follow up or chase anyone, which is how it should be, right? It took a few days, but that seems normal. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again

I had to ask for a refund and, to be fair, they handled it quickly. There wasn’t any annoying back and forth, and the money came back when they said it would. I was expecting at least a small apology for the situation, but the refund process itself was easier than I thought, so I’m still giving 5 stars

Body Candy has some cute jewelry, and the prices are usually fair, especially if there’s a sale. I’ve ordered a few things that felt worth what I paid.
Some pieces do feel a bit cheaper in person, so it’s not always a great deal. Good for basic stuff, just check things over before buying.

"Still holding up really well"
I’ve been wearing this for months now, i’m impressed. It hasn’t tarnished at all, and it still feels sturdy like it did when I first got it. For me, that’s a sign it’s actually good quality and not just something that looks nice at first.

"Decent order, but shipping could be quicker"
I ordered from bodycandy and, to be fair, the items themselves were totally fine once they arrived. My only issue was that shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update for a few days, which was a little frustrating. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall, just not a fast one. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry

I ordered this belly ring thinking it’d be just okay, and I was ready to be picky about it. But then it showed up fast, looked really cute in person, and it’s actually comfortable to wear. So yeah, no complaints from me after all.

I was expecting the tracking to be a little spotty like it sometimes is with online orders, but this was really easy to follow. My order shipped quickly and the updates showed up the whole way. It arrived right when it said it would, with no issues at all. Happy with how straightforward it was.

I ordered a cute belly ring and it showed up looking just like the photos, which shouldn’t be impressive but some shops are total clowns about that. The colors were right, the size was right, and there were no weird surprises. Happy with it.

My BodyCandy order showed up with most of the pieces I picked out, but one item came in the wrong color. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I’m particular about what I order, especially since I double-checked everything before checking out. Shipping was totally fine and the rest of the items were okay. I’d probably order again, but I do hope they pay a little closer attention to the small details next time...

I’ve ordered from BodyCandy a few times, some of their stuff is cute for what you pay. They’re better than I expected in the looks department, which is nice, even if that’s kind of where the biggest win is.
The quality is definitely a little all over the place. A couple earrings have held up fine, but one belly ring started looking dull quickly, and the little gem felt loose after about a week, which wasn’t exactly shocking but still annoying.
I wouldn’t say it’s bad, just not something I’d expect to last forever. I’d probably order again during a sale because some pieces are fun, but I’d treat it more like cheap cute jewelry than anything super durable

I ordered a few pieces from BodyCandy my ears have been totally fine. No itching, no redness, which is usually what happens to me with cheaper jewelry. I also liked that the site actually says what everything is made of, because I always check that stuff now. The pieces feel decent too, and yeah, so far no problems...

“They usually send them like a "regular mail" so the traking number may not work. Still if you send them a message trough facebook they will reply and try to help you. I had a really good experience with them. Hope you get your nose rings soon.”
